Language is a communication tool, a thinking tool, a cognitive tool, a carrier of culture, a carrier of information (knowledge, intelligence, materials).
There are now 5651 identified languages in the world. Of these languages, more than 1,400 are not yet recognized by people as separate languages, or are in decline. The world's languages are so different from each other that people in different places may not understand each other at all. With this in mind, artificial languages have been created to facilitate communication, such as Esperanto.
Although there are considerable differences between different cultures and language speakers in the world, certain languages such as Chinese and English are spoken by the majority of the world's population and form a medium of communication in certain regions or situations. However, as times and cultures change, some dialects are disappearing; but at the same time new vocabularies or languages are being created.
